Sweet Bee is a collaboration with local honey farmers, Sweetwater Creek Honey Farm in Douglasville, GA. 33% of the fermentable sugar in this beer came from Sweetwater's Summer Berry honey. The major flower source is the gallberry holly bush which produces a rare and premium honey which is thick, smooth and creamy. To source these flowers for their hives, Sweetwater physically transports their hives to the swamps of Southeast GA and lets the bees go to town. Sweet Bee is nicely balanced, dry and crushable. It's perfect for those sweltering Georgia summers. Cheers, mate!

Before it became a fixture of modern taprooms, the Vienna lager was defined by its water profile, traditionally relying on the mineral-rich aquifers of Central Europe to balance its rich, toasted malts. Our third iteration of Lithia Beer is brewed with a large volume of rare and historic lithia water. The mineral profile tempers the roasted grains, lending an exceptionally soft, rounded and velvet mouthfeel that avoids harsh astringency. Expect notes of toasted bread, clean malt sweetness and a beautifully balanced finish. It took centuries for the lithia water to surface and become part of this one of a kind beer.

We teamed up with our friends at Henderson's Coffee and Ice Cream and Rev Coffee Roasters to brew a truly unique offering. The base is a crisp, velvety cream ale cold-conditioned with single origin, heirloom Bartee Galgaloo coffee beans, hand picked in Ethiopia and roasted just down the road. The result is magic in a glass. You get notes of bergamot, sweet blueberries and vanilla cream.
